Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Metal Manufacturing Shear Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining shearing equipment to cut metal sheets according to precise specifications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of critical components used in medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Operate shear machinery to cut metal sheets to required dimensions.
- Set up and adjust shear settings to achieve accurate cuts.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting speed and quality.
- Inspect cut metal pieces for conformity to specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating shear machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
SALARY: From$18 per hour depends on experience
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday | Evening Shift | 3PM-11PM
