Paris FC to Replace Departing Nnadozie with Another Nigerian Goalkeeper

Paris FC are set to continue their tradition of trusting Nigerian talent between the posts, as a new Super Falcons goalkeeper has been proposed to replace Chiamaka Nnadozie. The 24 year old shot stopper is on her way to English side Everton, after helping Paris FC clinch the French Cup title against Paris Saint-Germain.

Nnadozie’s heroic performance in the final where she saved two penalties served as a fitting farewell to a remarkable five-year stint in France, having joined from Nigeria’s Rivers Angels.

While the name of her replacement has not yet been disclosed,  the club is leaning toward another Nigerian goalkeeper, underlining the strong reputation of Nigerian shot-stoppers on the international stage.
