Job Overview:
The Quality Control Floor Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting production processes on the floor to ensure that quality control standards are met in accordance with ISO9001 programs. This role involves regulating safety standards to meet or exceed guidelines and collaborating with supervisors to foster a culture of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Implement and monitor safety standards to ensure they meet or exceed standard guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain a culture of quality and safety.
- Document inspection results and report any discrepancies to the quality assurance team.
- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they are shipped to the customer.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system and experienced with ISO lead auditing.
- Experience working with CNC equipment is preferred.
- Proficient in documenting and reporting inspection results.
Job Details:
- Salary: $25/HR
- Shift: 7AM-3PM (Monday-Friday)
