Overview
Hours: M-Th, 6am to 4:30pm / Fri. 6am to 12pm (Noon)
Pay: $15.35 an hr.
Workforce Management is looking for a reliable General Production employee to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities for cross-training and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and learn various production machines
- Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Use basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
- Perform packaging and shipping tasks
- Communicate quality or equipment issues to the team
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Move between work areas as needed
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- MUST Pass a Background & Drug Test
