- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Have knowledge and experience of the AP/AR process
- Possess intermediate to advance computer skills (MS Office & data entry)
- Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Be friendly and pleasant, as this is also a customer service role.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
